1. Can I really use this as a face wash?
Yes, your custom oil is formulated to balance with your skin and it's a more holistic way to cleanse your skin 💧
It will easily remove all your make-up, dirt and impurities, but it won't leave you the skin felling dry and tight - as it does not strip you from the natural oils. Your skin will feel deeply cleansed but nourished 🌟
2. Is the product vegan & cruelty-free?
Yes, absolutely - all our formulas are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We only use the highest quality botanical (plant-based) ingredients that have not been tested in animals 🐇
3. If it contains oils, can my skin become oily or reactive?
Not at all! Believe it or not - the skin has a natural affinity to high quality oils! The formulas are customised to be the right oils & concentrations for your skin type. The formula also feels light, and quickly absorbed by the skin leaving it cleansed and soft.
When oils are used correctly, they can nourish your skin, prevent breakouts or unbalances, maintain a good hydration level, improve and condition your complexity and many more properties that depend on each oil.
4. When will I see results?
Everyone's at a different stage on their skin journey! But we have noticed a pattern on our customers:
- From first application to first weeks, improvement in hydration levels, softness and brighter skin.
- After a 2-3 of weeks, skin starts to balance itself. Consistently fewer breakouts or blemishes, oil production starts to regulate itself.
- After a month or more, full transition to healthy, balanced and radiant ⭐️

5. What if my skin doesn't like the formula?
It rarely happens, but in that case we would provide a free reformulation that suits best your skin.
Our priority is to offer honest and effective skincare.
6. Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Of course! We use recycled and compostable cardboard and glass for the bottle. The packaging is minimal and as small as possible to reduce its impact!
7. How long does the delivery take?
Nationwide delivery takes 2-4 business days.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can check the order status.
8. Should I use sunscreen? Should I use it before or after sunscreen?
Yes, you should use sunscreen when you're exposed to the sun (or a high UV index) for more than 15-20 minutes. Absorbing vitamin D is also important!
Always apply Qualia first, and then sunscreen on top.
